Ridge Realty was founded by Garrett Asher, Sr. in 1954. Initially the company was formed as a residential real estate and development company. The company expanded into the insurance field and construction lending. The second generation continues with Garrett B. Asher, Ronald Asher and Tara Asher. Terry Fox has joined the firm with 32 years of sales experience in the Southeast. Ridge Realty Commercial specializes in the sales and leasing of industrial and commercial real estate in the Oak Ridge/Knoxville region. Ridge Realty Commercial is also involved in property management, subdivision/industrial park development, golf course construction, farms, ranch and consulting.
