Negative Stars. I went to them with a serious patient concern that I needed an urgent referral for because my primary care physician could not get me scheduled for over a month. The front desk personnel told me a referral could be given if found necessary by the physician. When I arrived, Tara at the front desk did not ask why I had come in and took over an hour to bring me to the initial room. Immediately upon entering the room, I told the tech I needed a referral for an urgent service and she said we cannot provide referrals for that particular service. I told her immediately that I was given incorrect info over the phone then, and politely said that I would like a refund. She told me she wanted to take my blood pressure. I refused the blood pressure check and any services, saying that I didn't want any service to be administered until she checked if a referral was possible because otherwise I would want a refund. She told me that a refund would be given if the doctor couldn't provide the service I asked for. She moved me to a different room and asked me to put on a gown and started to leave, but I again told her that I did not want to put on the gown or receive any service until she had confirmed with the physician whether or not I could receive a referral and reiterated that it was the only reason I came into the clinic. She left and the nurse practitioner, Joyce Simmons came in about 10-15min later. I immediately asked if she could provide a referral for the intended service because if not, there was no point in me being seen at the clinic and I wanted a refund. She explained that they could not provide a referral for this service. I thanked her for letting me know and asked that they process a refund since no services could be administered. She told me she would check on office policy and I asked why she had to check since no services had been administered. She left the room and spoke with the techs and they supposedly spoke to the office manager on the phone before relaying to me that they would not provide a refund. I discussed the issue with them at length and they refused to let me speak to the office manager or to tell me why I could not speak with her. They were very disrespectful and Tara threatened me when I stated that they were not telling the office manager the truth, telling me to "Watch it." They proceeded to call the police department and report further lies about the situation, insinuating that I was agitated and threatening, which was never the case. I simply asked for a refund since no service was provided. After the police created a report on the matter, I left the premise. Needless to say, an urgent medical condition with no where else to turn for a referral is already scary and stressful enough. I have lived in many different states and cities, and this was the WORST service I have ever received from any Urgent Care or patient clinic. These people are incredibly heartless and try to trick you into paying the fee when they are completely aware that they cannot offer certain services. They knew that I did not receive any services and continued to lie to their office manager so that she could not process a refund. They were disrespectful and careless even prior to the disagreement, and I would never trust their clinic to provide any care to any of my family or friends. I rarely ever leave reviews, but it is my hope that this honest review will help other patients not to be conned into paying for services that were never provided and not to get stuck dealing with ruthless people who have no care for their patients' well-being. Aside from my personal situation, it should be noted that the clinic took an inordinate amount of time to see patients (even when I was the only person there for the first hour), the staff was very cold and careless (even talking on a personal call while I was at the front desk checking in), and the nurse practitioner did not seem very knowledgeable about policy or other health-re
