Ask for Edward Butler!! He roded out our drain in the basement and when he noticed other problems he pointed them out and fixed them as well. He replaced our washing machine hoses , replaced an outside hose bibe and really showed pride in his work.

Brian D. and Mike asked some preliminary questions over the phone, got an idea of the problem and they came to my home right away. did a great job of discovering a sewage issue and executing steps to fix the problem.

Mike came out, on a Sunday, did a full inspection, pulled baby-wipes from the pipes and got us up and running again. Did a full free home inspection and pointed out some other potential problems. Mr. Rooter saved the day. I was being quoted over a thousand dollars to repair a broken vent pipe that was discovered when doing my bathroom. Mr. Rooter tech Brian was my last apt. and last hope. He quoted me $570 and had two plumbers at my house within an hour. I was impressed with the work and the time the other plumbers said it would take was way too long. Kent from Melrose Park IL 60160. I called Mr. Rooter today because your drain was clogged so I used a zip to unclog and the chrome p trap broke. Mike came out and rodded and repaired my p trap. He noticed a leak on my water shut off valve as well. Mike did a great job and I would Highly recommend them in the future. I am a member of there advantage plan so it helps me save money as well. They take there time and do a thorough job.

Mike H came out and went through my entire house and checked everything making me aware of things that I have neglected to do. My main sewer has not been cleaned in twenty years. I had Mr. Rooter out today to do a free plumbing check. Mike the technician came out and went over all our plumbing he found several things that needed to be addressed. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. During his inspection he noticed that several of our shut off valves were not working. We were made us aware of leakage that we did not know about. We will make sure to call Mr. Rooter in the future for all our plumbing needs. I will recommend Mr. Rooter to all my friends and family.

Hi Jim grom Park Ridge IL. I called Mr Rooter for a leaky kitchen sink and Mike came out. He repaired the problem and made recomendations on future repairs. My line needs hydrojetting because of grease buildup. I will call them and recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing repairs. Great company signed up for there advantage plan. Mike is an asset to the company.
