The young woman that answered the telephone could not answer the question regarding exchanging a rental car that was picked up in Ohio for a full size when my relative arrived into Oak Park. She purposely placed the call on hold and never returned. TRULY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. This incident happened on August 29,2014 at 9:00 am. Absolutely unprofessional.
