My wife and I truly had a great car buying experience with the folks at Oak Lawn Mazda with the purchase our new Audi. Newly remodeled facility which looked great and the entire staff made us feel welcome and at home. Special thanks go out to Shelby Light who sealed the deal with her hassle free approach and high level of professionalism which was much appreciated. She was extremely attentive to our requests and questions, and proved to be very knowledgeable of the industry. Buying a new car is a time consuming and tedious process, but Shelby made the process fun, easier than the norm, and was not overbearing like most car salesmen can be. I haven't purchased a car since 2003. I actually dreaded having to purchase one. I found the car online and told Leo about my interest. I walked into Mazda, looking for a used car, as mine had just self destructed. I had a budget, and a specific amount that I could put down, as well as a strict monthly budget. Shelby asked me questions about what I liked, and what I would be comfortable with. She and her managers took into account everything that I needed in a car, but also wanted. They gave me a few options that worked with my parameters. I ended up going with the 2014 Mazda3 (Grand Touring)! I love my Mazda, and I will definitely see Shelby for my next vehicle.

I knew I wanted a Mazda but not sure. What kknd. Rub an Gonzalez made it easy for me to decide.he was very patient and answered my questions even though I asked the same ones over again.
