They came at the same day , installed the furnace, for a fair price , and was done at the same day . I recommend this company to my friends and family. Great job

Some guy Jim comes out for our refrigerator that was not cooling at all. He claims that it was a loose wire. He leaves with $69 and as he could tell even prior to leaving the loose wire that he claimed, and what he did to it, did absolutely nothing to fix the fridge as far as it cooling. Yet he said to wait a few hours and see. He then only writes on his estimate? that it was a loose wire. In calling him this same night, I'm told he would call the next morning. No call. I call him and he now says its the compressor and its over $600 so just buy a new fridge. It was funny because when asking him if he checked the compressor, and if he checked the relay to the compressor. He then says that he will come back out Monday to check both. Because of the weekend this would even be 4 days later without a working fridge. He then doesn't even show up or call. I call him this day and again he says it is going to be expensive and to buy a new fridge. I said even if it is the compressor, our fridge is over $1,000 and we like it, so we would fix it even if it is the compressor. He said nothing about the relay at any point. Except when I had mentioned it. He then says that he will be out Tuesday, (the next day) between 12-2pm. He doesn't show up again or call. We then have a different company that we had to pay the service/estimate fee to come out also. Now that Jim stole $69 for doing absolutely the opposite of what the fee was for which is an estimate for repair and of course the option to repair. This new company now over a week without a fridge said "your relay is fried" He had the part on his truck and the total was $240. So if we had bought a new fridge even a cheap one like Crazy Jim said, we would be out hundreds more for nothing. In telling the new guy what happened with Jim he said that the compressor and relay both are the first things any technician checks. He couldn't believe that he even left without getting your fridge up and running. If Jim didn't have the part on his unmarked vehicle, he could have made an attempt to obtain it. He obviously did not want too, which of course is crazy! Why was he here? For him even to admit that he would come back out to check both is crazy because he should have when he was here. Then he obviously did not intend to ever come back out at any point. How much of a scumbag can a person be to not even attempt to repair something that they were out to repair. In calling and speaking to some crazy woman who answers the phones, I'm telling her that the new company said it was the relay, not the compressor. She starts yelling that "he told you it was the compressor" She wasn't getting the point as I was explaining at all. She then kept yelling that "the $69 was for the estimate." Yeah but I did not get one. Crazy!

Absolutely crazy! Jim from the company came out after setting up an appointment online with Fast Service Appliance Repair. The time slot was between 1-4pm and he shows up at 4:20pm in a white van with no logo of the Fast Service Appliance Repair or any company. It was only on his ticket when paying that we knew he was from Complete Hvac. This was not even the issue. He isn't here very long when he says "I think I know what your problem is, it is a loose wire to the controls and this should work, but if not to call him and he would order part." His repair estimate says of course only this. Guess what?. it didn't work. Then it gets more weird, I called him after he said to wait a few hours and it still was not working, at all., not freezing or cooling. I leave a message with a woman who said that he would call in the morning, he didn't so, I call him and he says "it is your compressor, you need to buy a new fridge, because it would be $600" I then told him that we want to fix this one though because it was an expensive refrigerator, side by side, stainless steel and we like it. We still want ot fix it even if it is the compressor. I did ask if he new for sure, because he didn't say anything when he was here about it. Also I asked if it was a relay because, I found out from a friend that it would be far less if it was. The relay is the compressor relay. He then says that he would come back out to make sure, before he does anything and he would be out Monday. He never showed or called. I called him about 4:30 and he said that he would be out Tues 12-2pm. He states again that it is best to buy a new fridge now saying the compressor is $497. I said no, it would be fine. I also am actually interested if he checked the relay or the compressor and it seems that he knew that he didn't and didn't want to come back out and see If may not be the compressor. 1 week without a fridge, I have another company out who said it was the relay, not the compressor only $240, $69 for what?
