i took my 5 yr old grandson for fam swim two different times. im sitting here now wondering y im not getting a call back to find out if its on fo rthe day and no call. so even when u try to make sure of availability u cant cause they dont answer the phone. last time i was so upset i got two free swim passes. i d at least like to use them. dang. ps their hot tub is filthy too.

the hot tub had dirty water in it and in winter time it would b nice if the chill was out of the big pool. other then that I'm grateful my grandchildren have somewhere for me to take them.
