EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT!

They did an excellent job fixing my car after I hit a deer. They went out of their way to deliver my car when I didn't have a way to get there to pick it up.

I took my car to them because I live in Oak Grove and want to patronize the local businesses. After leaving my car, it was two weeks of waiting before I finally called them. They had not written down my phone number, or lost it, dunno which. Eventually I was able to get my car in and they did repairs. They did a great job of matching the paint, but failed to repair plastic headlight bracket correctly, leaving the corner of the light fixture jutting out past flush with the body. The bolt that secured this bracket was loose as well. Paid the bill. Next day the passenger front wheel well liner came loose. On interstate the liner was pulled under the tire. Ground it to a pulp. I called Steve. He ordered another liner and was going to call me when it came in. No call. I finally called Steve today, three weeks later, asked if the Mazda liner was in. "It's been sitting here." was his reply. I asked why he didn't call, he couldn't say.
