Called for an estimate. John seemed like a nice enough guy, but apparently can't keep things straight. I needed 2 large windows and 2 exterior doors replaced after a house fire. He couldn't give an an on-the-spot estimate and said he'd mail it. Two weeks later, his estimate arrived in the mail, but it wasn't for 2 windows and 2 doors... It was for replacing my vinyl siding, gutters, and soffit and fascia. I called several times to get the correct estimate and he never called back. Complete waste of time.

This Todd Swartzentruber, who now owns Hanlon, took my deposit money too. Trying to get a hold of him to get my money back has not been successful so far. The police department of Oak Forest said Mr. Swartzentruber owes a lot of people money for work he did not do or even started for them. He has the State Attorneys, BBB, and creditors after him. This should tell you something about the way he is running this "Business".

NO, do not deal with them, unreliable.
