The dr here are amazing, i trust their judgement now on the other hand the office staff is very rude. I am constantly fighting about bills, misapplied payments, and their tone is always rude when it doesn't have to be. I have decided i will have to transfer to another dr because even with the dr's being nice, you only see them for an hour once a year you have to deal with the staff for more time than that. Its sad but not worth the fustrating and fighting. I think those women need to learn customer service skills and learn they can get more done with a kind attitude then being angry and rude
