I had consigned my bridal set here 6 months ago. When my contract expired (mid June 2012) I had contacted Butch and Sheryl and asked for them to place the set, which they confirmed hadn't yet been sold, in a safe to remove from the sales floor. They complied, until today when I went to pick up my set (I had moved out of town, which is why they held onto it for me) on July 6, 2012 when I arrived at the store to pick up my bridal set I find that they had unsoldered my set and sold my wedding band, which cost over $600, giving me a check for $75. This business is corrupt! After telling me my set was off the sales floor, they went against our contact and unsoldered my ring without my consent and sold it. They're refusing to make it right. STAY AWAY!!
