Called Act Now about a problem...

Called Act Now about a problem in my home. They sounded very good on the phone so I took a day off and set up an appointment. On the day of the appointment they were a no show, I called them twice that day and left two meassages that were not returned. In the days that followed I left two more meassages and have not heard anything scence our original conversation. If this is an indication how business is done at Act Now BEWARE.
