Chip did extensive landscaping work for me. However, he refuses to follow through on the guarantee. The stones he laid were not glued down correctly and I have fallen twice on them when they come loose. He won't come fix the lighting he installed that has never worked properly and more importantly he refuses to return my materials he took without permission. I have called for four months - he says he will make good on his "guarantee" but it never happens. He does nice work but he is not a man of his word and he doesn't take care of his customers.

I am very disappointed with Chip (the owner). My husband and I loved his design and he did offer a 5% savings for cash --and his guys and he did the job on time and it looks great. HOWEVER~ his guys broke abt 10 sprinkler heads that caused a very bad leak under the plastic and rock and we had to have an irrigation company come out and fix the problem. Even though we called Chip and he agreed to pay for the work (abt $700) he has yet to make good on it and it has been 7 months!! Even after repeated phone calls and a letter to him. I think this is just the worst kind of person and business owner. DO NOT USE HIM!! He is not listed in the BBB and I doubt he is insured or bonded from his lack of concern for damaging property. Lesson learned! :(

After 6 weeks that they had my deposit of $4,000 and had not done any work, I had to get a refund of my money and find another landscaper. I guess my job was too small for them to give it any priority and they just kept delaying me so they could take bigger jobs. Well, I don't have all summer to wait.

I received and accepted an estimate from them. Signed and faxed back the approval and then never heard from them again, even after repeated phone messages. Guess they don't need to work or my job was too small.
