Very bad customer service with the tenants. One month I double paid and did not realize it for a few days. I called literally 7 times and left messages for them to call me back. During this time, got overdraft charges as I did not know money was out of account. When I finally did reach them, there was no offer of restitution for not ever calling me back. If they were smart they would care about their tenants, it is a bad mark on the property owner for using a property management team that does not take care of their investment.
