Andria s Restaurant opened in 1978 and is located in O Fallon, Ill. Set on a tiny knoll surrounded by tall trees and evergreens, a few minutes east of St. Louis, the award-winning restaurant is known for its varieties of steak. It is here that the owner, Sam Andria, created the versatile Andria s Brush-On Steak Sauce that can be used beyond traditional beef and pork dishes with chicken and fish as well. As requests from diners for the sauce for their home use increased, the restaurant decided to put the sauce on the market and this resulted in furthering the popularity of the restaurant and its sauce.
