Unfortunately would not recommend this company at all. Came to clean windows for both myself and neighbor and work was substandard at best. Promised on multiple occasions that he would come back and "make it right" and he never showed up and never communicated further. He even tried to say that our BRAND NEW house had "broken seals" which he claims was the reason for the terrible windows - concerned I asked our very reputable builder (because our house is under warranty) they said complete NONSENSE nothing wrong with the windows. I find it interesting that I have written communications indicating that customer service and making it right were so important and he would make it right and I never heard back from him to do this. I decide to leave honest reviews. Again, he made many promises to "make it right" and never delivered. If he was unable to deliver, he should have refunded my money as well as my neighbor's money. Total lack of professionalism and customer service.
