The owner does not believe in customer satisfaction. I had a Keratin treatment done and not only did it not take, but the hairdresser did not apply the treatment correctly. I even contacted the distributor of the product and they agreed the salon applied it inccorectly. (She applied the solution on my hair wet....It need's to be applied on DRY HAIR) After asking the owner of the salon to ask the hairdress to redo the treatment since she did it inccorectly, he sent me a very RUDE email asking me never to come back to the salon. Is he kidding me????, my hair is a FRIZZ-BALL and he doesn't care at all. After spending $350 + tip, I'm still ver angry that the owner would not consider redoing the treatment the CORRECT way!!!!! I would never recomment this salon to anyone. They will take your money and not provide the service you purchase.
