Very disppointed in the new Hiltltop. Limited menu with 3 salds and 7 entres. 6 of the entres are marinated in a garlic marinate overnite so those with no garlic diets are out of luck. Only the seared halibut, which was served dried out over a bed of potatoes???? which were super crispy. The sald tried was made up of lettuce, a few walnuts, and onions marinated in 5 wines, and since no garlic in diet was limited to olive oil for the dressing. Not a great experience. Was told by owner, Hendricks, that the menu will be expanding in the future. Currently, not a medical diet friendly establishment to eat.
