After being told multiple times by various other loan officers that my loan wasn't possible, the ratios weren't there, the value was to low. Everything was stacked against me. Then a blessing from above occurred, the storm clouds parted and a ray of sunshine came my way in the form of Mr. Todd Asplen. A friend of mine had just completed his refinance with them and suggested I give them a call. I explained to Todd everything that I've been through with trying to get a lower rate on my house. Todd took my information and worked his magic. He seemed confident on the phone and he had a plan in place. He told me it won't be easy, but he would try his best to help me out of a bad situation. Within a week my phone rang and it was Todd letting me know my prayers had been answered, my loan had been approved. The excitement in Todd's voice was equal to mine. He did it!!!!!!!!!!



There are people in this business that are just out to make a quick buck. They don't really care about the people they are working for, to them I was just another loan on the board. Not to Todd, not to Sierra Pacific Mortgage. Like there motto reads, Big enough to get it done small enough to care. Those words couldn't not be more truthful. Todd hand delivered my paperwork, went over everything with me to make sure I understood the details. He even offered to attend my closing in case I would have any questions. You don't get this kind of service from a "big" bank. It was FIRST CLASS beginning to end. If you are looking for a loan, refinance or just wondering if you can improve your mortgage situation don't be afraid to give Todd and Sierra Pacific a call. I highly recommend them.

Todd was great to work with, more important he kept his word. Our loan ran into some unexpected bumps that caused it to take longer than expected. We had some changes that took place, but Todd kept his word. He was kind, caring, and honest. We have refinanced before but we have never had the customer service that we experienced with Todd. We have referred several friends, family and co workers to him and we will continue.

I had requested to refinance through my mortgage company Wells Fargo in August 2012. I kept getting the response that they were behind on processing applications, that it would take approximately 60 days to complete, even though it was not much paperwork needed. It was now at the end of October and I still did not get a good answer why it was taking so long.



I then found Sierra Pacific through a received flyer and called them. Mr. Todd Asplen called me the next day, and a week later my wife and I were signing papers for the refinance process. Two weeks later we were signing the finalized papers and my refinance process was complete. I was amazed at the timely processing of our refinance and the professionalism of Todd Asplen. He walked my wife and I through the whole process and was always in contact with us asking if we had any questions and answered all our concerns.



I believe that Sierra Pacific is one of the best organizations to help folks in refinancing and I will recommend my friends and family to contact Mr. Todd Asplen or your company for initial or refinancing requirements. I love the quick and professional response I received and have already mentioned your company to at least 6 of my friends and co-workers.

It was great working with Todd. Definately knows what he is talking about and works hard to get the best rate. Far better rates than other better known banks. He kept us informed throughout the process and is very passionate about what he does.
