Viking Fuel has taken care of us since 2019 when we moved to Connecticut from Alaska (I knew nothing about oil heat and they were very patient with me). They've delivered on Holidays when we in dire need of oil, pick up on weekends to take orders for the following Monday. They are fast, efficient, and have wonderful customer service - from the woman who answers the phone to the driver.

Most recently I requested billing history from when we started with them and the woman who usually answers did it without hesitation. She has always been kind whenever I have called and went above and beyond in this case. If I knew her name I would have mentioned it!

Thank you for taking such good care of us, and as long as we live here you have us as loyal customers.

I have been getting my heating oil from Viking Fuel in Noriwch for over 3 years and have nothing but positive things to say about them. They have been a pleasure to deal with and are always prompt with deliveries. Professionals!!

I have been getting oil from Viking for over 4 seasons now. I am not a customer? Called in my customer number. I am not considered a regular customer because I have assistance with my heat/oil?! Do you know how much money you make off of this assistance?! I'm spreading the word. I am now using a new company.
