Recently I needed a tire changed on my truck. I contacted AAA and a Local service garage (Northeast Towing Norwich CT) was dispatched. They came out and changed the tire. I didn't have a problem until a month later when I got a service airbag error on my dash board. I took the vehicle to the dealer for service, they informed me that the jack under the seat was not reinstalled properly and it had pulled a wire connector apart which gave me the error message. The dealer charged me 111.00 dollars to reconnect and install the jack and spare tire lower crank handle. I called AAA to discuss reimbursement because the road service tech didn't do a proper install. They told me I would have to take it up with the local service provider and that there hands were tied and would no longer advocate for me. I tried several times to contact Northeast Towing   Norwich ct. I had one conversation with them and he explained it was not his problem but to send the bill over for review. I made many follow-up calls after my fax and could not contact the person in charge, Left many messages with my number but no one has called back. AAA has washed there hands and refuse to help me . My membership is up in Sept I have 5 cards in my family. I will be seeking another company that treats there customers better. -

I was recently involved in a traffic accident and sustained damage to my vehicle in which needed to be towed. The other drivers insurance company set up the vehicle tow and they were informed as to where to bring my vehicle. Northeast Towing and Transport was the company contracted to come out and pick up and deliver my car. Upon pickup, there was absolutely no damage to the front bumper. My car arrived to the body shop who is also my family friend whom I trust and would have no other shop work on my car. When the vehicle arrived at the body shop, my car had somehow sustained damage to the lower part of my front bumper. I was not fortunate enough to be present at the time of drop off due to my work schedule. I have all pictures of the car before and after. The next day I went to Northeast Towing to discuss this damage. The tow manager was not in that day and he was to call me the next day. I never received a phone call, so I called. He was provided the pictures and could not see any damage. He then began to investigate further and went to look at my Facebook profile as well as my wifes to look at the pictures. He had 4 different windows open on his computer with pictures dating back 3 to 4 months prior to this event. He was then provided a photo from the Norwich Police Dept. that was taken a week prior to this incident that clearly shows no damage. The tow manager then began to tell me that the body shop and my family friend were lying to me and that he accepts no liability for any damages because of lack of proof. So now as a result of the accident, my vehicle has incurred more damage that now I have to fix in addition to what already is.

I called AAA at 3:00PM and they did not arrive to pick up the car until 1:00AM! I got the AAA call that Northeast Tow was coming to get my car at 4:00PM. The driver was extremely rude and refused to tow my car in 3 inches of snow. He said "If I get stuck nobody is going to come out and get me at 1:00AM" and "I don't see why you keep calling AAA saying your car didn't get towed".

Living 150 miles from home and at the casino, valet parking retrieved my car only to find it had no brakes. Northeast to my rescue. They did a great job to get me back on the road in 3 hrs. They even picked us up and dropped us off at the casino. We had a safe trip home thanks to them. They were very friendly and courteous. Thanks guys.

They go out of their way to accommodate you. I had my truck towed to their facility after it wouldnt start at the casino. They arrived quickly, diagnosed the repair and gave me a good price. The driver was friendly, as was the manager. The shop itself is small but I liked it. I'll be going back for an oil change next month.

My car died on the side of the road so I had to call AAA. Northeast Towing was there in less than 30 minutes! The driver was very careful with my car and offered to bring it back to the shop for them to diagnosis. The next day the manager called me with a quote which I thought was very reasonable and had the work done. No problems. GREAT SERVICE, GREAT PEOPLE.
