I will never go back to Coco Cha Nails or even recommend ladies to go there. My nail broke off by a table so the next day I wanted to get it fix. The problem was I had it done by Dynasty Nails and it was too far from my house so I went to Coco Cha Nails which is walking distance for me. I went in the store and told him my nail broke and I wanted it fix and it was gel not acrylic. He did my nail but he ended up doing my real nail and not putting the fake nail tip. I told him I did not want it like that I wanted like the rest of my nails. Then, he put the fake nail on and gel it, but once it was finished it did not look like the rest of my nails. It was like he didn't care. The rest of my nails were straight and that one nail was curving up in the air. I will never get my nails done here and in 2 weeks I will go to Dynasty so they can remove that nail. They are like beginners at doing nails. And on top of that, the nail polish wasn't even gel it was Essie, not even close to black it was like a navy black color, but look navy in the sun. If I can take a picture and post it up, I would of. DON'T GO TO COCO CHA NAILS!! I got that one nail fix on Thursday July 31, 2014.

ladies didn't seem interested in helping me. only 1 other person getting her nails done. pedicure water was ice cold. i asked to put warmer water and she told me it was too full. manicure with gel polish.... only took old polish off and put new polish on. she didn't trim cuticles or soak hands and nails. not alot of gel colors to choose from that match the regular colors. unfortunately a dull finish and color still around nails. not impressed and will definitely not return.
