Bad....bad...very disrespectful Company.
The Not deserve any Star.
The people work there is very unprofessional ,disrespect and not polite all .

Called and spoke to Crystal Marshall who was extremely rude to inform her that Mr. G. Brown no longer reside at the address she is sending bills to and have not over an year. I was meant with rudeness and unprofessional behavior. I informed her that she can send a investigator anytime and she will notice that the car is never located at the residence. Her response was nothing I can do and until I receive an alternate address the bills will continue. I informed her it's a waste of our environment and that she could investigate the owner and stop harassing me. Crystal response was she didn't care and that I should try and locate an alternate address! Worst company ever!

Source 1 put a repo out for my car a month after I told them about a total lost, they were very rude ignorant andnprayed the rob you. I spoke with the meanest lady name "Diamond" who told me I should have 1 on my right hand. And Gabby was a jerk all she do is transfer all calls to Diamond... They are the worst company to do business with they should be shut down...

I've had Source One Financial for a year and 8 months now. I've never made a late payment nor have I missed a payment. Today when I called to postpone a payment for the first time since I have had my car loan I received the worst customer service from a rep by the name of Crystal. She refused to postpone my payment and told me that I must be having "financial issues". In order to get help and not get insulted and yelled at I had to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor was great at helping me but the rep definitely needs retraining.

OMG... Really... Sh*tbags! The attitude you get when you call therenis insane. Michael the insurance guy.... Loser... I don't think how I feel or what I wish for him legal to post online. A very low class company.. Do not recommend you do business with them.

If I could give this so called company a negative rating I would! They are ridiculously rude obnoxious unprofessional ********! If I knew what I do now I would have NEVER taken a loan out from them...the company needs to get rid of every idiot that works there & hire people with at least a half a brain....these idiots repossessed my vehicle by mistake because of some paperwork mess u that had absolutely nothing to do with me smh....then had the audacity to threaten to keep my vehicle if I didn't go pick it up that day!! Mind you it was towed over 30 miles away & is my only car smh....I still have never seen any sort of compensation for their mistake....the company is a joke & they're thieves!!! If you do business with this company I feel bad for you & good luck....

I have 1 year left on a 3 1/2 year loan. I have and continue to deal with non stop harassment and threats from these obnoxious, incompetent people. They have had so many law suits placed against them for not giving people titles and also for harassment. I would ride a unicycle before I ever did business with these fools again! Buyer beware...BIGTIME!! There's a special place in he'll for these crooks!!!

Please avoid doing business with source one financial. They have one of the worst and unprofessional staff that I have seen. I give a strong warning to consumers to please avoid doing any type of business with this company.
