CLOSED NOW - Opens at 7:00am

Last Saturday I went down there at 11:20 and it was a ghost town - all locked up -- advertised hours are "Open Until 12". Today Saturday May 31, I walked into this place like I have in years past to purchase a pallet of Cedar mulch for my lawn. I spoke with the manager, who indicated that it could not be delivered today, since the driver no longer works on weekends. Fair enough. Then we talked about a delivery next week. I asked for Monday. Too busy. How about next Friday? Sure - was the reply - why don't you come back Monday because I am taking inventory and too busy now! Unbelievable. Since when it "customer service" asterisked by "when it's convenient for the shop owner"?



This shop ought to be closed down and the manager, fired. Don't use these guys. They've obviously been graced by too many customers and probably don't deserve the success if they cannot fulfill the promise of serving customers when the doors are open. I suspect this guy will have a lot more inventory on his hands if he continues to treat others like he treated me!!
