I highly suggest not using this company if you expect any type of professional courtesy. They pushed my morning appointment to the afternoon. I had to call late in the afternoon to ask if they were still going to make it. They said yes, but never showed up. I lost a whole day at my house waiting on this company who never showed. In addition you can almost never get through via phone. You will need to talk to an answering service who will have someone call you back. I understand emergencies happen, but if they can't make it I expect them to let me know so that I'm not sitting around waiting on them.

Have used this service for several years. They always arrive when they say they will, are thorough and extremely professional. The best in town!

Air plus was great. Super fast, friendly and professional. They did a great job installing a new system at our house. We highly recommend them!

Terrible Customer service... took over a week and a half for 6 different guys to come and work 3 half days to get the unit finally running. The days the finally showed up were not on time. I would never hire this company ever again. A week later after I paid a couple thousand $'s to get my unit installed it mysteriously ran out of 410A and my A/C stopped working.....when after 2 guys came and multiply phone calls...first I needed a part that broke the next saying that they would email me a quote....never got a quote! and the unit didn't need a part either one of the lines had a hole in it probably from them moving it or bending it when they installed it. The greatest part was they said someone was coming over to look at it and the guy found the leak and fixed in.....they had the nerve to send me a $500 bill in the mail!!!
