Provided by YPmobileIn short, AVOID THIS PLUMBING COMPANY AT ALL COST!!!!!!!!!!! IF YOU WANT PIECE OF MIND AND WANT TO PROTECT YOUR POCKET YOU WILL NOT GIVE THEM ANY BUSINESS.
They came to my house for sewer issues and fixed something that was not the problem, and now the issue got exponetially bigger. Here I am, about to spend close to $7000 and upset about the fact that they were not honest about the problem I contracted them for. Their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced, EVER!! Not client centered at al!
The company would not honor their guarantee and forget about getting reimbursed. Their customer service is ridiculous, they are in the business of making money, not in the business of helping you. I have called my insurance company telling them to not EVER send out this comapny.
I'm making it my objective to report this company to all necessary parties because what they have done is unprofessional and unethical.
They are a JOKE!!
