I have three children and ALL of them have had Jennifer as their teacher at Oz Land. Two of my children have special needs and both Linda and Jennifer were great with them. They learned so much and thanks to them were able to transition into the public school system successfully. My oldest child went to three different childcare centers and one in home babysitting person and was only allowed to stay at each place for a short period of time before we were asked to leave. When I finally found Oz Land I was so happy with their philosophy and their ability to work with both my child and myself. Linda and Jennifer were always respectful in their treatment of my children and myself. I have witnessed the way they interact with children and it is always in a kind and loving manner. They actually get down on the children’s level when they talk with them, which I have always felt is very respectful of the children. Once, my eldest child tripped and fell outside and I did receive an injury report to sign. I was also told in detail how it happened and shown the booboo. I took time off of work when my last child was born and when my son turned two, I enrolled him at Oz Land as well. We no longer live in Northwood, however the 20 minute drive to the center is worth the peace of mind. I would NOT bring my child to any other place for care as I trust both Linda and Jennifer and am very happy with the care my older children had received and the care my youngest is now receiving. Obviously this parent is very angry about something, however I do not in my heart believe that it has anything to do with the care his/her child received. It has been my experience that when people complain it is in an effort to get out of paying money. Perhaps this person should look with-in and examine WHY they are saying these untruths.

Absolutely the worst child care experience I have ever had! The Owner Jennifer who is also the toddler teacher is so mean to the children. She does not follow state regulations. As a matter of fact if your child is hurt in her care she will not fill out an incident report, she Will instead insist it did not occur there. She does not care about the children. She in this for the money only! Do not bring your children to Oz Land!!
