I went her 1 week ago, busy, but clean/decent. I did 50 dollars worth of laundry (had a fire and had to wash multiple times to get smoke/soot out). I go there tonight to do 4 loads laundry, put clothes in machine and go pay for detergent, machine rips me off for 2 dollars. A older Asian male there and did not speak English, he calls the owner, back and forth for TEN minutes on the cell phone and the owner says..."wait there, I will be there in 20 minutes to check the machine"..NOT to repay me, but to check the machine to see if I am lying...WTF>>>>>>>>>> I spent 50 last week, going to spend 11 today...how many F***ing customer does he have that spend 60 dollars there in ONE week??? So I get mad, pull my clothes out of the laundry and leave...OVER TWO F***ING DOLLARS this cheap bastard is willing to lose a good cash customer. The place is ok, but knowing that he will rip you off in a heartbeat and accuse YOU of lying (over 2 dollars) is a business I will NEVER go to again. Take your chances if you want, but if you get ripped off, know that this barely English speaking lil bastard will NOT do anything about it!
