They are very helpful. They do whatever they can to fix the problem. I came in last week and I thought I was going to have to buy a whole new phone. It turns out there was nothing wrong. Andrew help me and even took it apart and fix the phone. I was shocked that it was such a simple thing. that young man saved me from buy a $70 phone. He was very helpful. I always know that when I shop at there I am gbetting the best deals and customer care out there
