Worst Experience Ever! Mr. Bobby Parker, the contractor and owner, was hardly ever on-site. This led to a VERY poor roofing job. He replaced my sheathing (decking) with 1/4 inch osb while at least 7/16 inch is recommended. My roof had several soft places and he recycled some of the old sheathing while the budget and bill provided for EVERYTHING to be new. Needless to say, this "new" roof leaked and had huge visible dents and had to be replaced again and this time also had to replace some insulation because it got wet. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, I was offered me an insulting amount of money to "make it right." I ended up having to sue him. Parker even over charged me, what he says was an accounting error, and didn't give me the money back. He was also not licensed by the state at the time only the city unbeknownst to me. He hired immigrant laborers who could not be contacted after the job was completed, even for court, because they returned to Mexico.
Save yourself headache, time, and more money and AVOID this company like the plague!!
