Order on our normal delivery - nite delivery. for a our customer did not know he had a heated windshield so we ordered one on our night delivery Friday. We came in on Saturday (we are not open Saturdays' but we need to get the customers car done) When we came in 7:30am Saturday to install the windshield- our customer's windshield was not delivered. When we called - we were told that they did not deliver it because we did not have a nite drop box. (which we do- they just did not know it.) They said they may be able to get it out at 10:00am run but where not positive. 10:15 we get a call and they can't do a 10:00am run- we will have to wait till our normal 11:00am run. So now we are waiting just for them to deliver a glass on a Saturday we not even open 8 hours for our window. not alone having to install it and wait for the customer to come in and pick their vehicle up. They just don't care we wasted our Saturday and lost money on top of it.
