We have lived in Northglenn for 20 years. From Day 1 when we have had to deal with this post office, we decided to never do business there on purpose. I never got names as others have, but I have been told that this is the way they do business, eye rolls, etc. SO..... unless we have to approach them for the mail boxes being pried open (as they usually are), we go to the Broomfield post office instead. They even recognize us and ask how we are doing. As a matter of fact. my son is an author, and we are always shipping books around the country. Two clerks in particular always want to know what the new book is about. They are so great! So--- bye bye, rude clerks in Northglenn! We are within walking distance, but choose to drive to Federal for our business. Thththththththththth!

The below review is correct; I am here to confirm. Mathew is rude, standoffish, and...strange. Cynthia, the supervisor told me that they would hold my mail for the rest of the week.



I went back the next day and Joe (he's awesome, and in my prayers for having to work there) told me that Cynthia changed her mind arbitrarily. Cynthia is a liar, Mathew has some type of strange affliction, poor Joe has a job to do, and it is a total funhouse. The phone is left off the hook (busy) to discourage calls. When I did reach Cynthia on the phone she had a "how dare you disturb me; I am a SUPERVISOR" attitude. Made an agreement with me to get me off the phone, and broke the agreement without notifying me.



Joe would excel in the public sector; Mathew and Cynthia: not a chance.



Please avoid this location at all costs.

This is by far the W O R S T post office on the earth. There are one MAYBE two employees working at ANY given time of the day. Its a super busy location, and yet GEORGE determines that only ONE OR TWO people is sufficient for customer service needs? Are you KIDDING ME? I set the stopwatch on my phone and counted 26 minutes plus the last time I stood in line today. The absolute RUDEST and most HORRID clerk EVER works in this post office - MATTHEW. Not only is he rude and mean, but I mailed a large envelope recently that NEVER LEFT DENVER. I feel certain he pulled a MATTHEW and tore it open. Hey GEORGE, DO SOMETHING!!! What is your problem, exactly???
