I had Maaco of Nothglenn repaint a silver 1991 Toyota 2wd pickup. Due to the truck starting to rust and paint was very faded. I worked with Joy, she was wonderful to me. My truck needed a new fender because the rust had eaten the lower part Beyond repair. Joy find the finder at a good price. The truck is restored now and ready for many years of service Thanks to this Maaco team! I will be haveing Maaco repaint my other car to.

This is not the place you want to take your automobile, the quality of their work was extremely poor and the paint began to chip within two weeks after I brought my vehicle home. After two years the paint was coming off in sheets because of what other body shops said was poor prep work and lack of sanding on the primer coat.

It was good working with them to resolve my car concerns. Thank you!

In June 2010, I took my car in for repair to the rear quarter panel. 3 days after the repair was complete, it started rusting. I have since taken it in two more times so they could have it for a week each time, while I had to rent a car at my own expense. It is rusting again after only about 2 months.To be reasonable, I asked for a partial refund. The shop refused to investigate and insist that I take my car in for a week at a time until they finally get the repair right. This is not a business you can deal with when something goes wrong. Things go wrong with auto repairs, but the difference is in how a shop handles their mistakes. This place is terrible.

i paid $631 to have my car painted BLUE! not purple...misunderstandings happen however the woman that was helping me was not even in the slightest bit trying to help but instead trying to charge me another $500 to repaint for another color. I will never come back and i hope nobody decides to come to this maaco. Not to mention the paint they got on my tire cover and bumper....
