This is the first plasma fcility I've ever visited. I have been mostly very happy with the treatment that I've received. All of the technicians that I have met are very helpful and knowledgeable, and passionate about what they do. I would recommend this CSL location to anyone. -- Jackie T.

I would never recommend anybody for ever going here this place is an absolute joke if anybody there knew what was going on it might be halfway decent the staff is very rude they do not inform you on all the steps and what is going to be required to be able to donate plasma and after the waist up half of your day you find out that you're not qualified this place is absolutely joke do not go save yourself the trouble

This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. They are so rude and unprofessional. They don't tell you what you need in advance. The machines constantly stop working. All the workers are just plain rude! I talked to a manager and she didn't seem to care, just said she''ll talk to her staff. The lines and waits are riducluous especially when the workers are just walking around when your standing there needing someone to help you. Very rude employees!!!

Understaffed, unprofessional, and underpaid.. Longest waits in Denver metro area! This place has no idea what its doing 90% of the time. The employees complain openly about how much they hate their job and how little they get paid and it shows in their work. I was left for 40 minutes last time after my machine stopped working and when I finally got someone and expressed my concerns about being forgotten, I was deferred. Don't go here, unless you like being a training dummy
