I visited Target in Northfield, OH on 5-15-10 and had the unpleasant experience of falling and spraining my right wrist upon entering the store. I did not fill out an accident report right away but when I did return the person who took the information was very nice. The person that was with the company that handles the Guest Incidents (he is in Minneapolis) basically told me that I just tripped over my own foot and was not concerned that I tripped on a carpet strip or for that matter that I was still in pain from the accident. When I suggested that the problem needed fixed he did not believe me. This has never happened to me before. I will never shop at Target again.
