This is a smaller local location and a one man operation. If you call the number you go to a call center for all locations. Listen to the message and choose the option to go direct to the office. Greg will take good care of you! If you use the call center or on line be sure to leave good contact info so he can confirm your reservation. We had made one with the call center and luckily left our number, Greg called us right away because he didn't have the type we requested for same day pick up. As stated, this is a small location so he won't have every kind of vehicle ready. He gave us an upgrade for no extra charge. It was fast and easy both for pick up and drop off. Wish all our experiences with renting cars were this good!
