This insurance store has gone down since I've first starting working with them. The individual I worked with in the past who's name is Kevin Vrahnos was great. However within the last three months the services I been receiving from Anar Tumurbaatar has been horrible and caused me to leave and find a new carrier. I sent several emails to Anar asking how I can make changes to my plan but never got a response until I copied Ani who then had to ask Anar to follow up with me. Then the next issue was changing my card on file which took some time and Anar failed to change this information on both my accounts. Now, the insurance I had which was AAA is stating that I have a balance. This is from Anar failing to do what he was suppose to do timely and I wasn't aware of this. Again, the service has gone down tremendously and I which I would have continued working with Kevin and Ani who were always responsive, professional and on top of things.

Kevin was able to save us money on our new home owners policy by almost $700, and he was also able to save us additional money on our vehicles and trailer too by almost $500 per year. I highly recommend them. He took very good care of us and I have recommended him to everyone who needs better coverage.

Wow! I could not believe the excellentt service I received at An Insurance Store. They really cared about me and my account. Annie was so helpful. They took the time to explain everything to me. They were able to save me a lot of money. I have already recommended them to several of my friends. Keep up the good work.

An Insurance Store is a garbage store! They don't know what they are doing! My premium was raised and deducted from my account after I was told by this stupid idiot Anny or whatever the heck her name is told me my premium will not be deducted at the higher premium. Well she lied cuz it was deducted. and my account was overdrawn for the large deduction. I called them to tell them about this and they said it was all my fault. Her so -called manager said the same. The employees at this company takes no accountability nor do they value good customer service. I was with them for three cars. My business was not appreciated there so I took my business elsewhere. Customer service is important and they don't have any!!
