Terrible business. Pull up 5 before my appointment and the groomer had a dog running loose in her yard. I was told to just stay in my car with my dog, which I had no problem waiting. The loose dog then jumped up onto the drivers side door of my car leaving many scratches in the paint up by the window and also scratching my driver side window glass. I asked the owner who was standing right there who was going to pay for the damage and she said she didn't see any damage done to the car when thw scratches are clear as day. The next thing she told me was that I could get out of my car and bring my dog in. Was this a joke? She offered me no help in my situation but still wanted to groom my dog and not lose a sale. Pretty pathetic if you ask me. No way was I going to let these people handle my dog after seeing one run around rampant around their property next to a main road. Terrible I would never recommend anyone to take thei animals here. And it's a shame to submit this review and even have to give them one star.
