Bought an expensive wok and brought it home. Booklet told me there is a cover available. Went back to buy (order) the cover. They would not do it as the company said the Pin would have to order three. Isn't that what retail does? This store flopped twice before and I'll bet.... Guess that's why everyone buys online.
