I have been going to shows in Northampton my entire life and have been a good customer. I recently bought 3 tickets to a show on my birthday finding out the band playing has the same name of the band i thought i was seeing devoid of the spelling off by one letter. i called and told them my situation. not only was the guy on the other end a completely pompous a**hole (his name is Mark and made sure i KNEW that he was the manager on multiple occasions in the most arrogant of ways). I admitted it was my mistake being that their policy is final sale, but he literally brought me to tears making me feel stupid over and over again. i reasoned that it was my mistake and i understood but that i have been a great customer for many years and was just looking for help this one time being that i won't be able to afford to do anything else on my birthday if i can't get the refund. needless to say he proceeded to raise his voice to me and insisted there was nothing he would do. awesome right?
