They are typically inexpensive for the things that I buy. They house their Syrian or "teddy bear" hamsters togeather which is bad. And I am not fond of pet store puppies. but over all they do an alright job and I have never gotten a sick hamster from them and for the most part their animals look healthy.

Mostly use for supplies tho

Very happy to see the positive changes in the store within the past 2 years! It’s unfortunate to see most of their review pages still filled with mainly negative comments from years ago when they are nothing like that now, having shopped here years ago when the employees did not show any care for customers or the animals they sold, it’s been amazing to see management and the team working there shows so much more care for those areas now. I do wish the store had more selection sometimes but the employees are always very helpful and friendly, and the animals all look so much happier and healthier than they used to years ago. Props to the new team and management!!

The prices are really high and as they swip your card they tell you STORE CREDIT only on any returns you might have, I didn't see a sign any place.

Don't let the personable facade fool you... the employees here do not care about people, they care about money. I'm referring to their business selling puppies. We came in and fell in love with one of their puppies but unfortunately were headed on a long trip and couldn't take her right then. we offered to pay in full to insure she would be there but they wouldn't accept that. The best we could do was call to be sure she was still there and make a deposit 24 hours ahead of pick up time. We called over the weekend and the dog was still there. When we asked for the "breeders" number they said they couldn't give that information over the phone even though it is posted on the wall as public information in the shop. Finally they gave it to us but this "breeder" could not be reached. When we called to make the deposit we were told they had accepted another deposit only hours after our last call. These people KNEW we had fallen in love and were coming for the dog but they took the quick cash anyways. My daughter is absolutely crushed and it breaks my heart. I will never deal with this shady business again.
