My husband and I visit Bacco's often. The staff is wonderful. We usually ask for Massamo as our waiter. The food is delicious. They are very accommodating. There pizza is the best in the area. I am surprised that they have any negative reviews.

Happy New Year ????

We were a party of 6 and some of us had come from over 30 miles away. It was greed personified. The sitting was horrendous. Our table was not only in the direct path of the door and the freezing cold draft but also half the table was in front of the steps to go down to the dinning level and the other half of the table had to walk all the way around the other side to squeeze into the over crammed sitting arrangement. It was so crowded the server couldn't even reach us but had to hand all the plates over everyone. The menu was overpriced and very limited. We wanted a red sauce with pasta and was informed it was not available, I thought this was an Italian restaurant. The lobster bisque was at the very most, tepid in temperature and might I add quite pricey. Overall it was a disappointing way to begin the new year along with the extremely rude disinterested hostess who had herself convienced she looked too good in her short tight animal print skirt to be courteous. I don't think we would choose Bacco's to bring in 2010.

RUDE!!!!

I went to Bacco with my fiance and future in laws to get some information on menus and pricing for a rehearsal dinner. Josephine showed us the spaces that they have available. We were happy with the menu selections and were considering Bacco to host the dinner for 40 people. I sensed an attitude from her, but was honestly overlooking this due to the fact we have looked at numerous locations with no success. The whole time she spoke to us, it was as if she was doing us a favor. She asked where I was getting married and I said a local country club. She said oh that's nice is a tone that let us know that she was less than thrilled with the place. She had mentioned that she had recently been there for an event. We said well what did you think? She said, well the thing about county clubs is that the food isn't very good. ARE YOU KIDDING ME???? You are sitting in front of me and are insulting the place where I am going to have my reception???? I have never been so insulted. To top it all off, the food at Bacco is nothing to write about. It's overpriced Italian. Nothing special at all. Go to your local pizza shop and order a dinner. Thanks to Josephine's rudeness, Bacco just lost 40 people for dinner.
