We had good experiences with them for a number of years. I never "price-shopped" them, always took them at their word. They replaced 6 injectors for me in August of 2015 ($5,082.52). One of the bolts snapped while my driver was on the turnpike. After a $500 tow to an International Dealer... the dealer says that this work should be under warranty. Turns out Belback saved me a few bucks in NEW bolts instead of replacing 8 year OLD bolts. Belback "can't be held responsible for bolts". The dealer tells me, they would have never put those old bolts back in. Belback refuses to stand behind their work. After arguing with Steve (Belback) about my dis-satisfaction... I called around for estimates on the repair, only to find that Belback was 35% higher than the 3 nearest places to me (including a dealer) on the parts. (ie. Belback $418.50 / injector, Dealer $275 / injector). I will tell anyone who will listen... stay away from Belback!
