The technician, Jose was honest, friendly, professional, courteous and just knew his trade. He got right to work and fixed my problems. If I still owner a business I'd steal him away from you. Give that man a raise. Take a bow, Jose. You earned it.

Professional. . . from the Office, to Estimates and Technicians.

I have always had great service from this company. Around 2:30 in the afternoon I noticed my air conditioner wasn’t working. So I called Tri-County and they said that they would send somebody in the morning However,
the service operator said that if it was an emergency they would make sure that they would send somebody sooner. It just turned out that there was Tri-County air conditioner service man in the area and he came after his last appointment and fixed my air conditioner so I didn’t have to wait until morning. I like to give Mike two thumbs up for his dedication to service Tri-County customers.

We have had the services of Tri County for over twenty years. It is one of the best companies we have ever had. Most recently they installed a new a/c and heating system. The sales person was very professional and gave us clear options with no hard sell. The installers were extremely courteous, competent and very clear in explaining how to operate the system. The people who have serviced our systems over the years have always been outstanding. You can’t beat Tri County.

Milo determined the issue right of way, had a fix and was on his way in less than an hour.

Tyler was very professional, very knowledgeable, and helped us deal with a very important decision with our heat and air unit. He represented his company well and he negotiated our customer concerns with all due respect.
Not the first time using Tri County,…will use them again if necessary.

I was glad to be notified that Nate would once again be the technician coming to perform our semiannual services. He's excellent. Always prompt and professional. Makes sure that all of your concerns are addressed and you are fully comfortable before he leaves.

Andrew was on time, figured out the issue, explained what the problem was and what he needed to do to repair the AC. He was nice and polite and explained the charges to me.
He is an asset to the company!

I was scheduled for Friday and was nervous when the day was slipping away. He arrived at 11pm but was hard working and very thorough. My house was cool in a few hours and I was so relieved. They did not reschedule me but got the job done.

Called at 5:30 PM yesterday. Tech arrived at 10:30. Said unit was iced up. Needed smaller tech to come on Monday to go under the house. We are 81 and 77 and can’t tolerate this heat. When new tech arrived at 2:30. Could not find anything wrong, Asked if we wanted an under house inspection for an additional $100+ of course I agreed since he found no other cause. Will think about the elite membership going forward since last month Tri county was here and nothing wrong under the house. Second tech was fantastic
