I worked with Dan, Joann, and Nicole to install a kitchen in my dads condo that suffered serious water damage from a roof leak. They were fantastic to work with because they understood exactly what I wanted and did it. The workmanship was excellent, the customer service was excellent, and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely work with this great team in the future and highly recommend them!

The modifications designed and implemented by your team brought the property up to modern standards. Your employees were always prompt, polite and very helpful. All work was done on-time and with extremely high quality. Though the moving of the air conditioner seemed difficult, you created a design that allowed the kitchen to be opened up to the rest of the living area making the space much more usable and inviting.

Dan Rutkowski Construction just completed work on my home in Osprey that had severe water damage! They did a fantastic job! I live in Vermont and was not able to oversee the work but Dan and Jennifer sent me emails almost daily with photos of the progress! They kept to the estimate. My mind was at peace and I trust them completely. I would highly recommend them! When the renovation was completed they left the house spotless!

Dan Rutkowski Construction completely gutted our condo on Siesta Key and renovated it top to bottom, including floors, kitchen, baths, doors, and walls. They designed it with my input, offering options that I didn't even think of. Work was professional, whole group from office to construction was phenomenal. I was out of state most of the time and trusted them completely. Our condo is beautiful.

Dan and his team of workers completed our water damage work in our kitchen. I am a perfectionist and have very high standards and is quality of work is outstanding. We are very pleased. He had to rebuild cabinets to match existing ones and remove and reinstall our granite counter tops, replace floors, re-plaster and repaint. After he finished, everything was clean and looked better before our water damage first started. He and his team were great to work with.

We highly reccommned Dan Rutkowski Construction. They did a wonderful job renovating our kitchen. The staff was very patient and courteous with our needs. They were very knowledgeable and helpful in assisting us with our choices. The staff and the work was extremely professional and they kept us informed every step of the way. We really appreciate it.

Dan Rutkowski Construction does excellent work. We used them to repair and replace areas in our Dad's house after mold remediation. They did such a great job we had them back to remove and put up a completely new ceiling in his lanai. Again, great job, especially around all the recessed lighting. They work with you to provide excellent written estimates and contracts, start on time, don't make or leave a mess, and finish efficiently when they say they will. What more could one ask for?!

Really great service by entire team, guys arrive when they say they will and are very neat. They take time to be sure not to interfere with areas they are not working. I have had many compliments on the quality of work. Thanks much.

I should have taken a before and after picture of my kitchen. I had an old, dirty, awful plastic dome ceiling. I now smile every time I go in the kitchen. From the team that did the demo work, the ceiling, the new lights, the painter...I can't say enough. I live alone and it can be stressful having workmen come into your home, I never had that stress with this project. As a matter of fact, a few times I ran out to do some errands and never felt like something bad was going to happen in my absence. Thumbs up to the Rutkowski team. Oh, and the gals in the office answer emails so promptly as I prefer email to the phone when possible.

I first came in contact with DRC when they did interior repair work as a result of a leaking roof. I was so pleased with the job they did that I offered them the challenge of remodeling a bathroom. They were very helpful and supportive through the many decisions needed to create a brand new guest bathroom. The finished product was better than my expectations! I am already planning my next project with DRC.

Dan bid on our water damage remodeling job knowing we had a renter coming in 2-1/2 months. He finished on time and on budget. His work was terrific and his organization was friendly, neat and accomadating.

Dan did the remodeling of our villa in Venice. He and his wife, daughter, and son-in-law worked very closely with us to plan the renovations. They were very patient and knowledgable and made many helpful suggestions that turned our villa into a beautiful and modern second home. The quality of the materials and workmanship were outstanding and Dan and his family continued to work with us to be sure everything was perfect. We are extremely happy with our new villa and very glad we chose Rutkowski Construction to do the renovation.

Highly recommend. We received a call in Orlando from the Venice Villas rental office that our condo on Venice Beach had flooded and molded from a ruptured water heater. Registered guests were due in two months. Serve Pro was contacted to essentially gut the place. They recommended Dan Rutkowski Construction Company to follow. Dan's people worked with subs to tastefully customize the unit, integrating modern lighting, rearranged plumbing, granite counter tops and upgraded cabinetry around special-sized stainless steel appliances for added features. They set up and arranged the new furniture. The maids rate the result as best unit. Bookings have increased. We're happy. Return guests are happy. Much of the scheduling, decision-making and coordinating was done on line. Dan, Janice, Vicki, Nicole and Craig were a pleasure to work with. Thanks guys for a job well done.

The quality of work that this small, family-run company does is just superb. They took a genuine interest in working with us to make our condo rehab into just exactly the new home we wanted. Vickie saved us lots of money by suggesting cost effective finishes, allowing us to splurge on "statement" pieces. She also put us in touch with local craftsmen that we would have never found otherwise. Danny's attention to detail in finish work is everything anyone could ask for. Nicole's tireless iterations of kitchen, office, and closet cabinetry plans ensured we ended up with really useful, not just beautiful designs. And, they did it all on budget. No mickey mouse "change order" nonsense just to run up a bill like you see from a lot of other contractors. Net, I'd highly recommend Dan and his crew to anyone!

The entire staff at Dan Rutkowski was a huge help to us during our condo remodel. They assisted in every phase of the design, construction, and installation of all of our unit. The unit was stripped to bare studs and floor joists. They did the plumbing, electrical, tile, drywall, ceilings name it, they were there with the best ideas. We were so confident that we had all the work done while we were 1,300 miles away ....viewing progress by emails and pictures. I would not hesitate to recommend them for any remodel or construction project. They are the true experts! 10 Stars is more like the rating they deserve.

I cannot even begin to describe what a wonderful job Dan Rutkowski Construction did in rebuilding our home after a catastrophic flood. All of the crew were professional and extremely helpful. I wish I could rate them even higher than 5 stars!

Highly recommended. It was pure pleasure working with Dan and all of his employees/family during a major remodel of kitchen and two bathrooms due to water damage. Vickie was very helpful in choosing the cabinets, colors and granite. Nicole was great with the layout of the kitchen, using her imagination to get the maximum use out of a small space. All subcontractors including plumbers and electricians were also highly professional and comfortable to work with. Janice kept everyone on the same page and was accessible and responsive. Dan and Craig were the installers and were professional and experts at making the pieces all fit together perfectly. Most importantly, Dan and Vickie understood what I wanted to accomplish and didn't stop until it was perfect. Thanks for making this experience a good one, and for my beautiful kitchen and bathrooms!

I had a water damage in my home and they did a great job of repairing my kitchen with beautiful new cabinets, flooring and painting. I am very happy with the work done, all subs were neat and clean and accomodating.
