After having attended school, ROOS attained JOURNEYMAN status in 1985.ROOS managed the tool room for a well-known and well-respected lighting company in New Jersey for 10 years before settling in Western New York, where he was the foreman of a general machining company for the next 10 years.With more than 20 years experience and a superior reputation, ROOS founded STEELHEAD TOOL & DIE, Inc in 1998.Heat treated M & M spin chuck with auto part ejector and a straight knurled neck for light diffusion.
