I used this company in the past (approx. 1 year ago) for emergency plumbing work and received a fair and honest price for good quality work. Recently, I needed some very minor work done, so I chose this same company to do the work. I still received good quality work; however, when I went to pay for the (less than 1/2 hour) work, I was told that I would be billed. I received a simple statement (not a detailed invoice) with a price that I felt was way overpriced for the amount of work that needed to be done. I sent the payment along with a note asking for a detailed invoice....they cashed the check, but never produced the detailed invoice. I felt that I got ripped off and will never use this company again and I will do my best to retract the many referrals that I made in the past.
