Provided by YP.comOn a cold and rainy day what could be better than going to lunch at the Caribbean Cowboy. The tropical/western feel, not over done, made us feel very welcome. I had the brisket sandwich with sweet potato fries and have enough left over for dinner tonight. Very tender and tasty. The salads my friends had must have been very good as they both finished them. Prices very reasonable. The waitress was great and answered all of our questions and we had plenty. I will definitely be back.
