I shop at this Sams often and have experienced good and friendly customer service. It must be the same for many others as the parking lot is always full.

Poor customer service

I've been shopping at sams for over 10 years and the Sams Club in north richland hills just play sucks!!! The manager there is by far the worst I encountered. I almost cancelled my account with them but the manager in grapevine saved the account. (I believe his name is Reggie) awesome manager with great customer skills. I give the grapevine Sams club 5 stars while North Richland Hills 0 stars. You guys need to do something with customer service at your store
