I visited the Boston Flower Market and Galleria for the last time. I recently went in to buy some things for Christmas decorating, and saw signs throughout the store that read "ask for assistance". ut, each time I headed towards the salespeople, they were huddled together behind the register, engaged in heavy personal conversation. They would give a look that read "can't you see we are busy"? I was not surprised to learn that several friends and family members had similiar experiences. This was not the first time I felt the customer service was not good at this establishment, but this is the last. There are many similiar places in our area that realize how important good customer service really is, and they will get my dollar.

The long stem roses I have purchased for my wife have always looked great for a full week from the day I brought them home. The prices are very reasonable even when holiday demand causing other florists to escalate their prices for roses. The staff always makes the package very attractive as well. Highly recommend.
